After committing to a D2D Express order, you will need to either set up a pickup or drop off with Purolator.

Note: Scheduled pickups are only valid for the day they are created. They cannot be scheduled for a day in the future.

Schedule Pickup By Phone

This is the quickest way to to schedule a pickup.

1. Call 1-888-SHIP-123 (1-888-744-7123) and request a pickup.
   1. Be sure to provide the account number 7503376 (D2D Express).

Find Drop Off Location

1. Use your Internet browser to navigate to www.purolator.com/en/ship-track/find-location.page.
2. Enter a postal code or city in the provided search bar to find the closest drop off location.
   
3. The search results will provide additional information about the drop off location. Use this information to plan your package drop off.
