Processing a D2D Express DHL Order: GM Mexico

KB Article #4925

D2D Express allows you to receive emergency part-locate requests from other dealers, quickly fill these orders from your inventory and then ship them via DHL. D2D Express orders will be sent out by GM in waves:
  • Wave 1 (1 hour): All dealers that are within your local delivery radius.
  • Wave 2 (1 hour): All dealers that are within 200 km of the buying dealer.
  • Wave 3 (1 hour): All dealers that have the part within any distance of the buying dealer.

To process a D2D Express DHL order:

  1. There are several ways to get to the D2D Express opportunity window:
    • When new opportunities arrive, a D2D Express real-time notification displays in the upper right-hand corner of any window. Click the notification to access the D2D Express Overview.
