Removing a Part From the Backordered Parts List (Distributor)

Tires that are currently on backorder can be added to your Backordered Parts list. Use this list to ensure your dealers are aware of part orders that cannot be immediately filled. Dealers will see a status of "backordered" on parts that are not currently in stock. (Click here for more information on managing your Backordered Parts list.)

Once a tire is back in stock, it can be removed from the Backordered Parts list.


To remove an order from the backorder parts list:

  1. From D2DLink, click Backordered Parts.
  2. If needed, click Change and select the appropriate OEM from the drop-down list.

  3. Click on the part that is back in stock to highlight.

  4. Click Remove from List. The part will be removed from the list.
  5. When finished, click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the Backordered Parts window to close.
