Canceling a D2DLink Quote or Order

The Cancel Order option allows the buyer or seller to cancel a quote or an order before it has been filled. Important: Orders with a Status of Completed, Quote Ready, Quote Accepted, or Canceled state cannot be canceled.

To cancel an order:

1. From the D2DLink tab, click Overview.
2. If you are the buyer, select Purchases from the Show Me drop-down.
   -or-
   If you are the seller, select Sales from the Show Me drop-down.
   
3. Double click the order to open view its details.
4. Click Cancel Order.
   
5. A confirmation window displays. Click Yes to confirm you want to delete this order.
   
6. In the Overview window, the Status will reflect as Canceled.
