The Cancel Order option allows the buyer or seller to cancel a quote or an order before it has been filled. Important: Orders with a Status of Completed, Quote Ready, Quote Accepted, or Canceled state cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order:
- From the D2DLink tab, click Overview.
- If you are the buyer, select Purchases from the Show Me drop-down.

If you are the seller, select Sales from the Show Me drop-down. - Double click the order to open view its details.
- Click Cancel Order.
- A confirmation window displays. Click Yes to confirm you want to delete this order.
- In the Overview window, the Status will reflect as Canceled.
