D2DLink: Setting the Locator's Default Manufacturer

If you often use the Locator feature to search for parts belonging to a specific OEM, you can quickly set this as your default.

To set the default OEM:

1. In D2DLink, click Application Setup.
2. Click Buying on Locator.
   
3. Under Locate Settings, click the Default Manufacturer drop-down.
   
4. Select the desired OEM from the drop-down list.
5. Click Save.
6. Press the F5 button on your keyboard to refresh OEC. The new default OEM will display as the default selection in both the Common Parts Locate (in the upper right-hand corner of the window) and the Compare Parts Locate (located on the D2DLink Console).
