Use DMS Connect functionality to confirm part availability on orders awaiting commitment in D2D Express.
To refresh DMS quantity on hand in D2D Express:
- From the D2D Express Available tab, click Refresh DMS.
- The parts listed in the Awaiting Commitment section will refresh to display the latest quantities in the DMS QOH column and the DMS QOH time will update.
- The parts listed in the Awaiting Commitment section will refresh to display the latest information for the following fields:
- DMS Quantity on Order
- DMS Quantity on Reserve (This is only available for Procede, CDK, and Dealertrack DMS users.)
- DMS Quantity Stock Status
- DMS Bin Location
