Searching for ConsumerLink Pro Orders

New orders you receive in ConsumerLink Pro will display on the Order History window until the order has been completed--shipped or canceled. If you do not have any recent orders ConsumerLink will display a Order history is not available message.

Use the Search feature to find and view completed orders that are no longer available in Order History.


To search for an order:

  1. From the ConsumerLink tab, click ConsumerLink Reporting.
  2. Click Search Orders.

  3. Type the details of the order into the Criteria boxes.

    Options include:
    • Last Name
    • Amount (low)
    • Amount (high)
    • Start Date
    • End Date
    • Order Type
    • Partner
    • Payment Method
  4. Click Search Orders.
  5. Details of any orders that match the criteria entered will display in the Order History section below. Use the links to print or view details.

  6. When finished, click the ConsumerLink tab to return to the Order History window.
