Setting an Exception Alert in ConsumerLink Pro

ConsumerLink Pro exceptions can be added to an order, flagging it for review at a later time. This can be used as a reminder to check a payment status or review an order in further detail due to suspicious activity.

Note: To return to the legacy view of orders, click Go to Recent Orders - Legacy.

To set an exception alert:

  1. From the ConsumerLink Recent Orders window, click the additional order button.

  2. From the Order Summary section, check the Exception box.

  3. Click Update.

  4. The exception flag will display as orange when any order is marked as an exception, click the link to display orders that have been flagged.

To set an exception alert in the legacy view:

  1. From the ConsumerLink Order History window, click Details next to the order.

  2. From the Order Summary section, check the Exception box.

  4. The exception flag will display as orange when any order is marked as an exception, click the link to display orders that have been flagged.
