Changing Your Information (My Information) on OEC

Use the My Information options to update your user information, including your name, email address and DMS Counter Person ID.

Note: The DMS Counter Person ID field is used to identify the salesperson/counter person ID used when creating a quote. This ID can then be used to track and identify the salesperson responsible for the sale in your Dealer Management System. Each user of OEC can add their DMS ID.

You can also change your password from the My Information tab. (Click here for more information on changing your password.)

To view your user information:

1. Click Application Setup.
   
   
2. From the Application Setup window, click My Information from the options on the left-hand side of the window. 
   
3. Update your information as needed: (Fields with an * are required.)
   
   
   • Email*
   • First Name*
   • Last Name*
   • Title
   • DMS Counter Person ID: Type your DMS employee number to track sales within your Dealer Management System
   • Display Quick Calculator (For CollisionLink Only): Check this option to quickly modify part-pricing information while processing an order.
   • Phone*
   • Mobile
   • Fax
4. When finished, click Save to save any changes made.
5. Click the Back button at the top of the left-hand navigation menu to close.
