If the administrator of your dealership's OEC account creates a user account granting you access to OEC, you will receive an automated email message from support@oeconnection.com providing you with a username and instructions to set your password.
Passwords must be in the following format:
- Passwords can only contain letters and numbers.
- Passwords must include at least one number.
- Passwords must be between four and 20 alphanumeric characters in length.
To retrieve your new username and set a new password:
- Open your email application and locate the email from support@oeconnection.com. This email will include your username and a link to create your password.
- Click the link to log into OEC or copy and paste the entire URL into your browser's address bar. (This link expires after three days.) If you do not receive the email please contact Customer Support.
- Your browser will be directed to the OEC login window and your Username should display in the provided field. To set your password, type your desired password into the Enter a new password box. Type the same password into the Re-enter the new password box. Note: Passwords must contain one number and be between four and 20 alphanumeric characters.
- Click Save when finished.
- You will automatically be logged into OEC.
