    • Minimum Order Qty: The minimum number of tires you wish to reorder when needed.
    • Inventory Status: Choose the status of the part, if applicable.
    • Distributor: Select the distributor who will fill these orders.
  4. Check the Auto Order box to automatically reorder parts when you fall below your Target Stocking Level.
  5. Click Save to close the Stock Details window. The selected parts have been set to reorder automatically.

To order parts manually:

The Create Order feature allows you to quickly create an order for all parts--across all distributors--that are ready to be manually ordered. In order to manually process a part, it must first be added to your Stocking Guide. (Click here for more information on adding parts to the Stocking Guide.)

Notes:

  • If a part is already set to be reordered automatically, you must uncheck the Auto Order box before it can be manually ordered.
  • The "There are no results to display" message will display if attempting to manually order parts on any parts where Auto Order shows Yes.
  1. From D2DLink, click Stocking Guide.
  2. Click Create Order.

  4. If needed, change the part order quantity.
  5. Verify your Shipping Information.
