The Stocking Guide view can be changed to display different parts within your inventory, including tires in your inventory that have not been added to the Stocking Guide. If desired, you can quickly add any to your Stocking Guide once viewed.
To view tires in your inventory that have not been added to the Stocking Guide:
- From the D2DLink tab, click Stocking Guide.
- Click the Change drop-down and the Remaining Inventory option.
- The Stocking Guide will automatically refresh to show remaining inventory results.
To add tires in Your Remaining Inventory results to the Stocking Guide:
- Select the desired part line item in your results and then click Add Selected.
- The Stocking Guide will refresh to display the added tire part line. Select it then click Edit Selected to configure restocking options.
- Configure the following:
- Target Stocking Level: How much inventory you wish to keep in stock.
- Minimum Order Qty: The minimum quantity that will be reordered automatically.
- Inventory Status: Choose the status of the part, if applicable.
- Distributor: Select the distributor who will fill these orders.
- Auto Order: Check this box to automatically reorder parts when you fall below your Target Stocking Level.
- Click Save to close the Stock Details window.
