Distributors: Managing Your D2DLink Replenishment Tool Dealers

Dealers can grant distributors access to their stocking guides, allowing distributors to view stocking guides and order schedules.


To view your dealers:

  1. From the D2DLink Tasks menu on the left-hand side of the window, click My Dealers. Note: The My Dealers link is only available to distributors with replenishment.
  2. A list of all dealers will display on the My Dealers tab. A Yes in the Dist. Access column indicates you can view details of the stocking guide and current inventory levels.

  3. To view dealer contact information and shipment payment terms:
    • Click on the dealership name.

    • Click on the X in the upper right-hand corner to close the window.
  4. To view the stocking details:
    • Click on the # SKU Assigned for the dealership.

    • The following information will be displayed for each part assigned to your location:

      • Part #  
      • Manufacturer
      • Size: Tire size information.
      • Target Stock Level: The quantity the dealership wants to maintain.
      • QOH: The dealer’s current quantity-on-hand for each part.
      • My QOH: The quantity-on-hand available at your distribution center.
      • Auto Order (Yes/No): Whether or not the part is on auto-order. 

Note: If you click SKUs Assigned and see the message, “There are no results to display,” it means that a previously set-up tire is no longer eligible for replenishment and will not appear in the Stocking Guide for editing. If the tire becomes eligible for replenishment again in the future, it will automatically be available for the dealership to set up as needed.
