Changing Your D2DLink Replenishment Auto Order Schedule

The Replenishment Tool has the ability to set a customized auto order schedule. You can select times between 1:00 A.M. and 9:30 P.M. Eastern, Monday through Saturday. The auto scheduler will then process order for the specific distributor at the selected time. Note: If your inventory does not update by the time the auto scheduler is set, no order is sent out for that day.

To change the auto order schedule:

1. From D2DLink, click My Distributors.
2. From the My Distributors window, click the Scheduler drop-down for the distributor you wish to modify.
3. Select Custom from the drop-down.
4. Click the Time link.
5. Place a check next to all the Days you wish to send orders.
6. Click the Time drop-down and select the desired time from the list.
7. Click OK to save the changes.
