Once a part has been added to the Stocking Guide, it can be edited as needed.
To edit a part:
- From the D2DLink Tasks menu, click Stocking Guide.
- Click to highlight the part or parts you want to update and then click Edit Selected. Use the CTRL key to select multiple parts.
- You can configure the following options:
- Target Stocking Level: How much inventory you wish to keep in stock.
- Minimum Order Qty: The minimum quantity that will be reordered automatically.
- Inventory Status: Classify the type of part by choosing an Inventory Status, if applicable.
- Distributor: Select the distributor who will fill these orders.
- Auto Order: Check this box to automatically reorder parts when you fall below your Target Stocking Level.
- Click Save to close the Stock Details window.
- Click Complete. The selected parts have been set to reorder automatically.
