KB Article #661
Parts you do not want to sell or receive notifications for can be added to the Decline Parts List in D2D Express.
There are two ways to add or remove parts from your decline list:
- Manage parts manually at any time.
- Add a part automatically when receiving an opportunity (autodecline).
Notes:
- The decline process does not happen immediately and can take up to three hours to go into effect.
- If you receive any notifications for the part in the meantime, do not decline or auto-decline it again.
- Select No on the commitment window when receiving an opportunity to proceed.
- To optimize the fill rate for backorder referrals, OEC will remove all parts from your D2D Express Declined Parts List on a quarterly basis. If you want to put any part back on the decline list, click the Auto Decline option the next time you receive an offer for that part.
- Quarterly Cleanup Schedule:
- 1st Cleanup - March 1st
- 2nd Cleanup - June 1st
- 3rd Cleanup - September 1st
- 4th Cleanup - December 1st
