Overview
The International/IC Bus parts program is a quarterly parts discounting program offered to buyers and Navistar dealers in the U.S. and Canada participating in the RepairLink program.
This parts discounting program allows dealers to offer significant discounts on eligible International/IC Bus parts exclusively through RepairLink. Dealers that sell eligible parts through RepairLink are eligible to receive reimbursement from Navistar. The list of eligible parts are updated on a quarterly basis. Click the link below to view the latest list of qualifying parts offered in the US and Canada.
- RepairLink PMA marketing site. Click the Heavy-Duty Part Programs tab.
Note: Navistar Idealease locations are excluded from Navistar promotions. If you have questions regarding this exclusivity, please contact your Navistar representative.
Program Features in RepairLink Shop
Buyers will be able to easily identify qualifying parts in RepairLink Shop.
- Qualifying parts will be flagged with a yellow star icon that displays a promotion message.
Program Features in RepairLink Dealer
- Dealers can quickly recognize Navistar orders with qualifying parts. Orders will display in the Program column on the RepairLink Overview window.
- Dealers can quickly recognize qualifying parts in the order. The part will be flagged with a program icon that displays the following message: "This order qualifies for the following PMA Program..."
- After fulfilling the order, dealers must:
- Click Submit/Commit to commit to the order.
- Click Submit to submit the program parts to Navistar for reimbursement.
- Click Submit/Commit to commit to the order.
