Changing Company Information on OEC

Use Company Information to enter the location details and contact information for your dealership. Your contact information is displayed on other dealers' part search results and shop supplier/dealer lists.

Note: Only administrators can access the Company Information section of Application Setup.

 To edit Company Information:    

1. Click Application Setup.
   
2. From the Application Setup window, click Company Information from the options on the left-hand side of the window.
   
3. Make any changes needed to the following fields (Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.):
   
   
   • Company Name   
   • Address  
   • City  
   • State/Province  
   • Postal Code   
   • Phone  
   • Fax  
   • Website 
4. Click Save. Important: Changes will require an overnight "sync" before they are visible in the application. 
5. When finished, click the Back button at the top of the left-hand navigation menu to close.
