Changes to GM Mexico D2D Express Order Processing
To improve the response time on shipping, an Auto Cancel feature is being applied to those orders that have not shipped within the time frame determined by GM Mexico.
Delinquent D2D Express orders will be automatically cancelled 2 days after they have been committed. The Auto Cancel will take place at the end of the day.
Examples:
- Order committed on Monday – If the shipping is not completed on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, it will Auto Cancel at the end of the day on Wednesday.
- Order committed on Saturday - If the shipping is not completed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, it will Auto Cancel at the end of the day on Monday.
