Dealers may see the below message in Snap-On regarding their D2DLink License expiring.

This message is referencing a dealer’s D2DLink integration within Snap-On and not their actual D2DLink subscription with OEC.

If you are seeing this message within Snap-On, contact their support team for assistance:

  • Email: sbs_services@snapon.com

Note: The expiration message will continue to show when logging to Snap-On until the current contract’s expiration date, regardless of whether dealers have already extended or not.
