If you are having issues logging into OEC, we recommend clearing your temporary internet files (cache), cookies, and browser history. This process will vary depending on the browser you use.
Click an option below to get started:
- To clear the history in Chrome:
- Click on the Customize and control Google Chrome menu in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.
- Click Delete browsing data.
- Use the Time range drop-down to select the timeframe to remove data. (OEC recommends selecting at least the Last 24 hours option.)
- If not selected, check the item(s) you wish to delete.
- Note: If the item you wish to delete is not listed, click the Advanced tab and check the item there.

- Click Delete data.
- Click on the Customize and control Google Chrome menu in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.
- To clear the history in Edge:
- Click the Settings and more (
) menu in the upper right-hand corner of the browser and then click Delete browsing data from the drop-down menu.
- Use the Time range drop-down to select the timeframe to remove data. (OEC recommends selecting at least the Last 24 hours option.)
- Keep all boxes checked to clear Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and file.
- Click Clear now.
- Close any Edge browser windows that are open.
- Open a new browser window and navigate back the OEC solution you were using.

- To clear the history in Firefox:
- Click the Open Application Menu (
) icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser and then and then click Settings.
- From the left-hand navigation click Privacy & Security.
- Locate the Cookies and Site Data section and click Clear Data.
- The Clear Data window displays. Select a timeframe using the When dropdown. (OEC recommends selecting at least the Since 00:00 option.)
- Uncheck Cookies and Site Data.
- Ensure that Temporary cached files and pages is checked.
- Click Clear.
- Close any Firefox browser windows that are open.
- Open a new browser window and navigate back the OEC solution you were using.
