To initiate an Express Direct transaction for a back-ordered part:

  1. When a back-ordered part is Not Committed in D2D Express, use D2DLink to locate a dealer with the part available.
  2. Look for a selling dealer in the search results with the D2D Express logo. Note: If a dealer does not have the logo, they do not have D2D Express and are not eligible for an Express Direct transaction.
  3. Contact the selling dealer to request the part.
  4. If the dealer agrees, send a backorder to the dealer that agreed to sell the part.
    1. Go to DOW (located within FMC Dealer).
    2. On the Inquiry Menu, click Unshipped (BOSTAT) in the Backorders section.
