View the status of your Stripe account on the Account Setup window of Payments Powered by OEC.

If there is an issue with the account status, additional information might be required to enable the account.
To resolve an issue:
- Within Payments, click Account Setup from the left-hand navigation.
- Review your Stripe account status. (Refer to the Account Status Options tab for possible status options.)
- Click Update.
- A new window opens. Enter your Stripe account credentials and click Continue.
- On the Account Details page, click the Actions required tab.
- Complete any required actions. (For more information on your Stripe account, see Managing Your Stripe Account.)
- Within Payments, click Account Setup from the left-hand navigation.

Your account could have any of the following statuses.
Status Description Complete The account is in good standing. No additional information is required. Enabled The account is in good standing, but additional information might be required. Pending Stripe is reviewing or verifying your account.
Note: This could occur if the account is enabled or disabled.
Rejected Stripe or your organization rejected the account.
Restricted Payouts or payments are disabled on your account. You may need to provide additional information to enable your account.
Restricted Soon You need to provide additional information by a specific date to avoid a Restricted status.
