We help sellers generate revenue to reinvest and buyers to purchase at a discount. - There is no set-up fee or monthly fee. You only get charged a fee when you choose to complete an offer. The fees are:
- 7% of the final dealer cost for buyers.
- 6% of the final dealer cost for sellers.

The financial transaction occurs between the buying and selling dealerships.

Transaction fees are billed on your monthly parts statement or directly billed from OEC.

In most cases, the selling dealership pays shipping costs.
Sometimes, buying dealers will assist with shipping costs. OEC works with a 3rd party logistics company to help selling dealers receive the most competitive LTL and UPS shipments.

The buying dealership will pay invoices net 30-45 days upon receipt of parts.
