Navigating the Dealer Portal Overview

The OEC Home tab is an overview of all quotes and orders that you receive through your OEC subscriptions.

The following menu options are available on the Dealer Portal Overview:

Choose a timeframe to view:

  • View last 24 hours
  • View last 3 days
  • View last 5 days
  • View last 10 days
  • View last 30 days
  • View last 31-60 days
  • Show latest 250 transactions
  • View all

Search for transactions using keywords.

Filter your transactions list by:

  • Subscription
  • Status
  • Type.

Click More to add columns to the grid to see more information about transactions

Note: You can double-click any transaction on the list to go directly to the transaction in the application it originated from. 


The following details about each transaction display on the Overview:

Column

Description

Subscription

The OEC application the transaction originated from.

Status

Shows the current status level of the transaction. This will automatically update, depending on actions taken on the order.

Type

Shows the kind of transaction based on the originating application.

Programs

Some OEMs have chosen technology to manage specialized pricing programs. These are listed in this column.

Vehicle Description

The year, make, and model of the vehicle. 

Submitted By

The body shop or account that submitted the transaction. 

Last Modified

The last date and time the transaction was modified and changes were saved.

Latest Memo

Enter notes to yourself or co-workers who work on your transactions. If a new memo is added, the previous entry is permanently deleted.
