PSXLink: Using the RepairLink Dashboard

The RepairLink Dashboard enables you to view how your shops are ordering parts, the number of shops you do business with, and the time it takes for your dealership to process part orders.
Note: The RepairLink Dashboard is only available to dealers with a current RepairLink subscription.


To view your RepairLink Dashboard:  

  1. From the PSXLink tab, choose RepairLink from the Dashboards drop-down menu.

  2. By default, the Select Manufacturer box displays all manufacturers. If your dealerships supports multiple OEs use the Select Manufacturer drop-down to filter your display to a single OEM.

  3. If desired, use the following drop-downs to narrow the information displayed:
    • Date Range: By default, all available data--13 months--will display.
    • State or Province: Select individual or multiple locations from the list. 
    • City: Select individual or multiple locations from the list.   
    • Shop Name: Select individual or multiple locations from the list.     
  4. The reports will automatically update based on the selections made. Click the Clear Selections (ClearSelection.jpg) button to reset the drop-down. (This will display when you move your mouse over the data field.)

  5. PSXLink will display the following high-level details of your business:

    • RepairLink Sales: Total dollar value of all RepairLink sales.  
    • Received Orders: Total number of orders received.
    • Completed Orders: Total number of completed (Submit/Commit button clicked) RepairLink orders.  
    • Transacting Shops: The total number of unique shops that sent you an order.  
    • Average Response (Mins): The average time (in minutes) from when a shop sends an order to when your dealership responds. Note: This is calculated using typical business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and omits weekends and holidays.   
  6. Beneath that, the following reports will display:  
    • Sales Trend: The total RepairLink sales trend by year, month (default level), or day--separated by Non Program Part Sales (parts sold that do not qualify for a dealer or OEM program) and Program Part Sales (parts sold that qualify for a dealer or OEM program). Note: Program Part Sales will not show if your OEM does not offer a reimbursement program.

    • Avg Order Response Turn Around Time (Mins): The time in minutes to respond, based on (Order Response Date/Time minus Order Created Date/Time) divided by total transactions. Note: This is calculated using typical business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and omits weekends and holidays.

    • Transacting Shops: The number of unique shops that transacted with your dealership by year, month (default level), or day.

    • Shop Performance: Details each customer's interaction with your dealership, including:

      • DMS Customer ID: A DMS Customer ID will identify customers that have the DMS Customer ID setup in the system.
      • Shop Name: The shop name.  
      • Completed Orders: The total number of completed orders for the shop.  
      • Carts Started: The total number of carts started by the shop.    
      • RL Sales: The total net dollar part sales for the shop.   
      • Trend: The last 30 days total sales compared to the previous 60 days sales average. (Numbers in red indicate sales were below that average.) TIP: Use this column to identify and contact shops with negative trends to understand why they've stopped buying from your dealership. 
      • Reimbursements: The total dollar value of OEM reimbursements received for RepairLink orders. 
      • Profit w/ Reimb.: The total (net) RepairLink dollar sales for the customer minus the total dealer cost for the parts sold plus the total dollar reimbursements.    
      • Margin: The sum of (Total Net Sales plus Reimbursements minus the total Dealer Cost of sales) divided by the total Net Sales with reimbursements.
  7. Additionally you can use the graph options to:
    • Drill deeper (4458_RLDashboard8.jpg) or view higher levels (4458_RLDashboard9.jpg) of a graph--when available.  
    • Hover over a data point to view it details.

    • Click on a customer within the Shop Performance list to open that customer's information in the graphs. Note: Click the customer name again to view all customer data.
