Creating On-Demand Focus Reports in PSXLink

PSXLink allows you to create custom data reports to drill into specific details about your dealership's performance. These reports can be sorted or filtered to view specific details and downloaded to share within your dealership.


Available Focus Reports

Report Description
CollisionLink
Customers

The total sales quantities, sales dollars, orders, reimbursements, and conversions by customer. Click the 4460_CustomFocusReports15.jpg to view transaction level detail for a specific customer. 

TIP: Important information that you should review on a frequent basis are a shop's Last Order Date, Total Qty Requested, OE Qty Sold, Possible Conversions, and Conversions.

Parts

TIP: Important information that you should review on a frequent basis are a part's Last Order Date, Qty Requested, Qty Sold, Possible Conversions, and Number of Conversions.

Salesperson

TIP: Important information that you should review on a frequent basis are a salesperson's OE Parts Sold in Dollars, Conversions in Percent, and Gross Margin.

RepairLink
Customers

D2DLink
My Locates The number of locates, the number of locate searches performed, and the total e-commerce requests by part number.
Idle Parts A summary of idle part inventory by age (6 months or older, 9 months or older, 12 months or older, 15 months or older, and 24 months or older).
D2D Express
Referral Activity Summarizes (by day) the number of D2D Express referrals received and what was done with them (Misses, Committed, Shipped, Canceled, or Declined). Click the 4460_CustomFocusReports15.jpg to view transaction level detail for a specific date.
MarketplaceDirect
Parts Summarizes the total sales quantity, sales dollars, dealer cost, and margni by part. Click the 4460_CustomFocusReports15.jpg to view transaction level detail for a specific part. 

Creating an On-Demand Report

To create an on-demand focus report:

  1. Choose Focus Report from the Segments drop-down menu.

  2. Select a Solution from the drop-down. (Only OEC solutions that you subscribe to will be available from this list.)

  3. Select the report you want to run from the Focus drop-down (see the table above for descriptions). Note: The Solution you selected will determine the available reports.

  4. If your dealership services multiple manufacturers, use the Manufacturer drop-down to select the desired option.

  5. Click the date range fields to select your date range from the calendar.

    1. Reports using the fixed date ranges in the Date Range drop-down menu can be scheduled on a recurring basis. (Click here for more information.)

  6. Click Generate Report.
  7. Once a report has been generated, you can:
    1. Click a column header to sort by that information.

    2. Drag columns to a new location to change the display order.

    3. Click the 4460_CustomFocusReports9.jpg icon to filter the report by specific data.

    4. Use the Export option to download report data into a Microsoft Excel  or CSV file.

      1. To export Transaction details:
        1. Open the Transaction.
        2. Right-click any line.
        3. Select Export.

    5. Add or remove data by clicking the Columns option.

      1. Simply check the items you would like to see and use the 4460_CustomFocusReports14.jpg icon to drag a column into the desired location on the report.
