CDK Drive eStore Enrollment Process for PSXLink Standard

CDK Drive users must enroll through the CDK eStore before DMS parts invoice data will be available within PSXLink Standard. This process must be completed to ensure your DMS data is visible on all PSXLink reports.

Important: The Parts Manager will not have access to complete this process. The following dealership titles are generally accepted by CDK as having the authority to grant third-party access to their data:CDKAuthorizationTitles.jpg

To complete this process:

  1. Log out of DealerSuite.
  2. Access the CDK eStore using the following link: https://portal.dealersuite.com/eStore/faces/pages/customer/index_3PA.jsp?store=Summit.
    • If you are unable to access the CDK eStore with the link above, copy and paste the following into your browser: https://portal.dealersuite.com/eStore/faces/pages/customer/index_3PA.jsp?store=Summit
  3. Log into the eStore with your existing CDK DealerSuite ID and password.

  4. Once logged in, click the link at the bottom of window.

  5. The authorization information window will display. Click Continue in the upper right-hand corner.

  6. Locate Catalog Number 4680138 and click 3PA-MDA-SUMMIT-PTS-SLS-XCELLERATOR to select. Note: You may see similar product/catalog numbers in this list. The selected product must be an exact match to the above.

  7. Click on the Addendum PDF to review. You must open and review the addendum before you can proceed. (No approvals are needed.)

  8. Click on Add To Cart in the upper right-hand corner.

  9. The Shopping Cart window will display. Click Checkout. Note: There is no charge for this authorization process and your purchase will display a price of $0.00.

  10. Verify the information displayed is correct and then click Continue.

  11. Read the terms and conditions and check the box if you accept them.

  12. Click Submit Pending Order and Continue.
  13. Once processed, a confirmation window will display. Click Continue and Confirm Account Access.

  14.  Review the order information and then click Confirm/Edit DMS Accounts.

  15. Click the option that corresponds to the CDK account type you have and then click Update.

  16. You'll return to the order information window. Click Save and Confirm.

  17. Click Yes to confirm and save the order.
