Updating Your DeliverNow Pickup Location

DeliverNow allows you to update your parts pickup location as needed to ensure drivers can quickly retrieve parts and prevent delivery delays. 

Notes:

  • Updates can only be completed by the OEC Administrator.
  • Once an update has been submitted, it will take approximately one hour to complete the location update process. You will be unable to utilize DeliverNow during this update until the sync has finalized.

To update your DeliverNow pickup location:

  1. From the DeliverNow tab, click DeliverNow Setup.

    From the RepairLink tab, click Application Setup and then click Delivery.

  2. Click Update.

    1. If your dealership supports multiple OEMs and you need to make adjustments to other OEMs, you will need to complete the update process separately for each franchise. 
  3. Click in the DEALER LOCATION text box and type in your parts department's address. Verify and select your dealership address box from the provided drop-down.

  4. Once the address has been selected, a map will display. Drag the map so the pin is placed where drivers should pick up parts from your dealership.

    1. If needed, use the controls on the map to zoom in or out.

  5. After setting the pin, a THANK YOU message will display at the bottom of the page.

  6. Click Continue.
  7. You will receive confirmation that your change was submitted.

  8. Click Continue to return to the DeliverNow Setup window.

Note: If you try to book an on-demand delivery before the configuration is complete, you will receive the following message.

Please wait the designated time remaining before booking your on-demand delivery.
