Reynolds & Reynolds IGNITE: MyPriceLink Workflow Integration Summary

OEC offers the following MyPriceLink workflows with Reynolds & Reynolds IGNITE:

• For CollisionLink orders
• For wholesale shops, internal body shops, or other customers who have pricing from an estimate

Important: A CollisionLink subscription is required for MyPriceLink's DMS integration functionality. (Additional fees may be required by your DMS provider.)

CollisionLink Workflow

1. From the CollisionLink Overview, double-click the order to view its details.
2. Add all the parts you plan to sell to the Response to Buyer section. Note: The Export to DMS button is grayed out until parts are moved to the Response to Buyer section.
3. Leave the Invoice # and Avail Date fields blank/empty. These are filled in once the information is sent back from your DMS.
4. Click Export to DMS. Note: This functionality is not available once an order has been finalized.
5. The Create DMS Document window displays:
   1. If desired, type the Customer Number and Counter Person ID from your DMS.
      
   2. Use the Include Sell Price feature to determine if OEC sends the Sell Price displayed in CollisionLink to your DMS.
      
      1. If the Include Sell Price box(es) are checked, the DMS does not calculate the selling price for the part. To send the Sell Price for all parts, check the Include All Sell Prices box. Note: The Include Sell Price is checked for any part that qualifies for reimbursement.
      2. If the Include Sell Price box is not checked, a $0 Sell Price is sent from OEC to your DMS.
   3. Uncheck the Include Part box for any part that you do not want to send to your DMS.
   4. Click Create Export.
   5. The DMS Export # displays. This can be copied and pasted into your DMS to retrieve the order.
      
6. Within IGNITE, go to Parts and then Counter Sales 2525. 
7. Select a valid Make for MyPriceLink.
8. Access MyPriceLink in one of the following ways:
   • Click the MyPriceLink () icon.
   • Click Functions and then select MyPriceLink Import.
   • Press ALT + L on your keyboard.
   • Right-click and then select MyPriceLink from the window that displays.
9. Click the DMS Export option.
   
10. Type or paste the DMS Export # from CollisionLink into the provided field.
    
11. Results display at the bottom of the window. Click on the estimate to select and then click Import (F12).
12. Complete the invoice process as normal--which sends the invoice number and date back to CollisionLink to finalize.

Estimate Pricing Workflow

1. Within IGNITE, go to Parts and then Counter Sales 2525.
2. Select a valid Make for MyPriceLink.
3. Access MyPriceLink in one of the following ways:
   • Click the MyPriceLink () icon.
   • Click Functions and then select MyPriceLink Import.
   • Press ALT + L on your keyboard.
   • Right-click and then select MyPriceLink from the window that displays.
4. Click the Search Estimates option.
   
5. Type the VIN or Estimate # provided into the appropriate field and then click Search (F5).
6. Results display at the bottom of the window. Click on the estimate to select and then click Import (F12).
